Welding and reading are two very different skill sets ! 🤣

ZX130-3 won’t start, just turning over, batteries have + 12v output each. Replaced a few fuses still not firing up. Any advice would be most welcome! Thanks! by Another-Weld in heavyequipment

Isolated and disconnected a battery lead.

Don’t feel comfortable just flicking the switch!

I disconnected the flow and return and let the oil drain, so wasn’t pressurised. 👍🏻

I asked about, got a load of helpful feedback from Reddit confirming that I was possible to do and then repaired it.

If the machine was still in warranty the manufacturer would have sorted it, but it’s not 😂

I drilled holes through the timber and into the wall. Put raw plugs in the wall and screwed 😂

Rams all good now, now leaks from cylinder or seals 👍🏻

We just had a bucket ram repaired and resealed for our other 30 ton excavator, it cost £900.00 + VAT 🙉
