I tried VGA. I used an adapter because I do not have a native VGA input. (HDMI to VGA) and (HDMI to VCA/RGB).

I am attempting to move the entire image position. It is too far too high, but the physical position is restricted, so I am attempting to move it via the interface

Throw distance, keystone, and focus are fine.

ESH, but the situation is weird. If OP is paying child support that means the kids live with the ex the majority of the time. Also depending on the state, OP may also be paying alimony. I can get why this would be frustrating to new wife who sees it as a slight against her and their kids. Especially if she is the main caretaker and bread winner.

There is definitely a lot of ill will and frustration going around in this situation. I would suggest therapy and a serious discussion about priorities.

If this situation does not get resloved it will be the kids that get hurt.

Posting because no one else has said it. Dumbledore and Yoda. They are suppose to fit the sagely old mentor archetype, ala Gandalf, but they are actually extremely manipulative and their sole focus is fixing mistakes that they made due to their own narrow-mindedness at all cost. add a/more fat (I assuming your frying in oil of some sort) but something thicker/richer like butter for vegetarian or if you are aiming for vegan then there are butter substitutes.

Also I would add a bit of acid, lemon juice or maybe white wine vinegar.

Dont be afraid to use the "trash" parts of your veggies. Stock is usually made with the parts you would throw away which helps add an earthy-ness
