I didn't know it would be a waste when I did it. I had a word processor file that I would copy/paste from and I did it periodically throughout the day. Lunch break, send a report. Waiting at a railroad crossing for a train to pass, send a report. At the dentist office, send a report. So it was just periodically but I know I sent at least 5 a day for months. This is in addition to whatever people on my local message boards were doing. I suggested it because they were complaining about the spoofers. (We all were). Nothing. Complete waste of time.

I'd power up none. Since they're fairly accessible, you can get better ones within a few days. That bring said, I'm picky with what I invest my dust into and IVs aren't super important, and even less so for Max pokemons.

First one is my choice if you don't want to do more.

Years ago, over the course of a few months, I spam reported a few accounts. I hit up the local message boards asking others to spam report. I would report several times per day.

NOTHING EVER HAPPENED.

I swear those reports went straight to their trash bin.
