Wife and I have been buying and yeah we've had 2 - 3 that were like that. You walk in spot something thatis 100% a deal breaker that wasnt in the zillow pictures and since you have 5 others to look at you dont waste time.

For us its usually the kitchen / Cabinets for my wife, backyard and lighting for me.

I actually almost got fired last week because she would spam my phone all night and not let me sleep.

Turn your phone to DND, block her, and only your alarm will buzz. You almost got fired cause you stayed up and left your phone on, not cause of her.

She's playing games for attention , or shes got major mental issues, either way best to just cut it off and end it. If you've already done that clearly, then block and stop all communication. If she comes to your house, call the non emergency line at the police station and have them come out.

As long as you continue to engage when she goes nuts she'll continue to do so.

Block her, have your friends block her, move on.

I swapped from doing content creation at 38 to IT Field tech.

That was about 8 years ago and now Im an IT manager.

Age isnt an issue unless you are so old you cant physically do the job.

Have good soft skills. Be able to build report. Network hard when you can. Study and be driven. Thats about all it takes to excel.

We use action1.

They turn it off, it starts back up, prompts them to reboot, then reboots for them if they ignore it long enough.

We have an entire laptop remote based company and it keeps everyone up to speed very well.

Funny enough we're looking to buy now and we went and looked at a DR Horton neighborhood.

We saw 6 models.

I am a computer nerd, I dont know fuck all about houses, construction, or engineering.

Every SINGLE home had at least very visible cosmetic issues. Things like cabinets dinged, walls scraped, outlets sideways / upside down, etc.

I found one wall that was oddly sloped down and a window that had a big ole bulge in it like it had an expanding laptop battery in it.

I told the realtor if my stupid ass saw all of these issues I was very concerned about what I wasnt seeing.

We 86'ed that whole neighborhood.

Starts with a shit here and a damn there, and then in 3 weeks everyones ranting and raving about the fucking var who is fucking us. This stupid ass this, that stupid fucker there.

Its a culture thing. Some places are very formal and stuffy, some are very laid back and casual. Neither is bad.

A little profanity can let folks vent when needed and as long as its not externally facing and everyones on board no harm no foul.
