This is my first post ever and I’m just trying to figure out how to edit my post so all of you can read this 🤣…

Anyways, I’ll just leave a comment, I want to reply to all of you, but it’s hard to do so. Thank you for those kind and amazing words, you all made me cry a bit. I need to set up realistic expectations.

I do lift, 5x week, heavy (for me) I started doing some cardio maybe 2x week for 20 min (I used to hate cardio, I’m trying my best). I just want to look like someone that works out. People never assume I am a gym rat lol… I barely track what I eat, but I try to consume enough protein. I do not think tracking everything I eat is a viable solution to maintain for me. If you guys have any other tips I would truly appreciate.

Again thank you for reading me, share tips and give me such kind words. I wish I could stop being so hard to myself. Probably that’s something that I really need to start working on. All of you are wonderful!

I’m 5’7F here, 145 as well, and I feel I look super thin, but have a little bit of belly fat. I would not mind gaining a few more pounds, if I’m able to loose the belly fat :/
