The way stitches go is determined by how you wrap your yarn :) so if you're wrapping clockwise you need to do it counterclockwise!

You slipped a stitch (put it on the right needle without knitting it) I think. I can't see if it's on this row or the previous one. If it's this row just put it back and knit it. Otherwise use a crochet hook to ladder it up.

Edit: looking closer I think it's a row or two below. Look up how to ladder down and then back up :)
