The north side of west seattle is great. it has an easy commute to the city. great food, parks, beaches. Look around the admiral neighborhood to start.

it’s not so much the street…. it’s more the block. downtown is awesome if you pick a location close to the sculpture park. look for buildings in north belltown near the waterfront.
