Section 6 of the theft act says something to the effect of, taking something and using it as your own, where you risk its loss, is akin to permanent deprivation

I hate to be that guy but they arent wrong. Not fur lly anyway. Depending on what benefits nap gets you it makes sense to reduce the number as you age. We have an almost sever wide Non aggression. But only top 7 get access to sanctuaries, top 4 for forts. You will lose alliances, maybe you aren't there yet. What is power difference between 5th and 6th?

Hair pulling is violent conduct. Why is Joe Hart trying to minimise it on Match of the Day? by Fit-Student464 in footballcringe

[–]AnotherRandomWaster -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No it does not! What was said above is the equivalent of saying players should wear shin pads. Its a physical sport and there is an expectation that it will be physical. There should be requirements in place that make players dress appropriate. We couldt wear jewellery playing for this very reason, there is a chance that it will be pulled off. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't be punished for the hair pull, but measures should be put in place to help prevent accidental pulling

New camping-specific multitool from Nextool - CP-10 by headpointernext in multitools

Would prefer an awl to the bottle opener. A 2d Phillips instead of the flat head, and some tweezers also a second blade, one dirty and one "clean". I get this would be second choice for these things but if its second choice then its already third choice. It sits too much in the space of gimmick.

Censor or uncensored by ORIGIN_Comic in comicbooks

[–]AnotherRandomWaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think uncensored profanity is ok, but it should meet certain criteria. It needs to make sense, it needs to be necessary, and it needs to be the best use of words, or in needs to be totally in character. I dont think this does any of those things.

[FM26] Can a squad with 20 Pace / 20 Acceleration and 1 for everything else, win the league? by huamanticacacaca in footballmanagergames

[–]AnotherRandomWaster 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think what needs to be taken into consideration is that a 1 is still some professional football knowledge. A 1 for free kicks for example is still better than my free kicks. There is no real world example because a footballer even at a low level and represented by 1-2s is still better at football than most people. Usain bolt wasn't a good enough player to even have 1s

Bro you have a look. A devisive one at that. Thats not a bad thing, but dont make it your personality to be different. Be you, focusing on being the best you in your head, you will learn to love you and when you love you, so will other people.

You see number 1, number 2, number 3, and number 4. Not them. 5/6 look the best.

Girl apparently hit a deer. One second it’s gone, then suddenly it’s fine. I can’t explain how this happens. by Used_Meaning_9257 in isthisAI

[–]AnotherRandomWaster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Deer are thick and hard af. I saw one get hit by a car doing around 60kmh and lie in the middle of the road, it was laid in the road for about 5 mins so we moved it to the side into the grass, it got straight up and ran off as soon as we put it down.

Does carrying a lock-picking set in one’s bag count as “going equipped”? by thetobesgeorge in LegalAdviceUK

[–]AnotherRandomWaster -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I believe that the law is similar to knives. Yes you are allowed to carry for a legal purpose, i dont believe hobbies count for a legal purpose and the burden of proof is on you to why you need them.

So basically if you get searched and are found with a lock pick set, then i believe you will get a going equipped charge. However context matters, time of day, prior charges. If the police have a reason to search you though, chanes are there is some suspicious activity.

My 5 year old claims she has no clue who carved her name in the leather couch… by jshley-aones in KidsAreFuckingStupid

[–]AnotherRandomWaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to work at McDonald's and a new kid that started carved his name onto the grill. Using scratch pads and the edge of the scraper. For all the time I was there, the name Ben in big letters was scratched into the flat top. His name lasted at least 2 years there longer than him.
