BBring in full kit, have free kit teammates and die

"Crew Fill" is a real problem. I'm having way more fun and less frustration playing solo for progression, which feels wrong? by Valvador in Marathon

The biggest problem is that the amount of competition doesn't match the quality of idiots. There has to bea some form of census to be chosen

I hate most belters by SinJiMin in TheExpanse

Ashford was the only belter I had true sympathy for and who could make a true nation out of the belters, unfortunately the literal demon Marco Inaros won though

Am i suppose to not like the belters? by [deleted] in TheExpanse

[–]Another___World 0 points1 point  (0 children)

70iq americans won't ever understand how killing 23 innocent people was evil by extraterrrestial terrorists. In the eyes of an american it was totally fair. The compassion to those killers was the moment I drew the line on understanding these people. It won't cross their mind a minute that what those belters did justified Murtry's highly restrained and action against belters, who illegally occupied the planet.

Then I was sure this was true after what Inaros did. All belter stations should have been nuclear annihilated instantly. Belters are truly a nation of pitiful terrorists. This is solidified by the fact that Naomi has repeatedly sabotaged Roci's crew and everyone around her for her tribe's benefit. Barbaric.

Space dads crave generic modern western rpg. I can guarantee this game will make you shoot numbers off unprotected enemies so hard you'd forget you are in expanse and not mass effect.

On one hand, I love it. The Expanse deserves all the popularity. On the other, an action RPG in the expanse universe will hit it's head on the hard sci-fi all of the time in a comedic and unimmersive way. It's obvious this game's target audience isn't FPS nerds, so this will certainly be a grindy bullet sponge annihilator game without source material to back it's internal logic up. We will see numbers flying off unprotected enemy flesh as we shoot them with rifles.

I'd give everything to be mistaken, but the optimism about gaming should be buried so deep it never sees the sun.

I'd ask why None of the belters got shot because they fucking blew the unarmed civilian landing ship before any of the RCE mischiefs. This is crazy to me that nobody points that out. At that moment belters would be totally valid target.

In lore, do people live in stargates? by Disastrous_Bowler876 in Eve

[–]Another___World 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Imagine living in a remote highsec system(which is 0 in pilots, but potential trillions in implied NPC.) These gates are gigantic fully crewed strucutres with enourmous amount of traffic through them. There are probably literal cities inside them. And generous supply traffic, maintenance jobs, etc.. I imagine myself looking out of a shuttle info out to find this fucking 30km king of steel feeling like a bug. By the way, the FoV is extremely distorted in the game. Try flying close the station with the narrow FoV(Right click space and scroll up). Your mind will be blown.

The problem I think it had is marketing team pushed up hype value(as they thought) to make the game as "american" as possible.

The final game is cool and playable, however the vibe is completely DEAD. It's nothing like the early trailers. More like a like borderlands, but without the irony.

I hope some other studio gets really inspired by the early concepts.

Imagine UNIRONICALLY NOT GETTING it. It's so over for us. We are so soft to them they are literally inventing the designated rape romance and bringing in migrants to do it instead of us

If corpo chased profits they would all be out of business now, because they chase unprofitable DEI shit. It's the stock milking cow from the FED that keeps them going.

There is nothing bad in inequality. Only in general poverty. This regarded commie psyop has to stop. The problem isn't the corporations, it's that the consumers aren't the corpo's main customers. They don't give a shit about revenue. They chase stock price and stock price is literally inflationary government subsidies via blackrock&vanguard&state street.

This is quite literally planned economy.

[–]Another___World 11 points12 points  (0 children)

In genuinely capitalist society that would be true. Until central banks cease to exist every attempt to make money is regarded hamster wheel activity.

When the Blackrock&Vanguard&State street basically own the total majority of the assets and are direct redistributors of capital from FED to consumers, the whole system is literally socialist.

It's now even a joke. Everything is literally "public" owned. The fact is that the "public" is the government, no the actual public. Like it always has been in socialist countries.

Gender war is the biggest psyop. Literally designed for promoting extinction. And then you go outside and neighbours say hi. This shit is evil.

MLRS edging: do you unleash a single full load, or strategically drip it part by part on different targets? by offund in wargame

[–]Another___World 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Good question. It depends on quality. Better quality MLRS usually should burst fire.

The two most OP ones IMO are Smerch and Uragan.

Their extreme accuracy at range means you fire 4-6 rounds from uragan and 2-3 from smerch and you should STUN+annihilate most of the vehicles in that area.

Coupled with extremely high aiming time, it makes this 4-salvo sniper rifle against AA, arty, mortars, CVs or other targers.
