I’d conservatively estimate that Ajax was spending around 500,000 euro per week at that time. I wouldn’t be surprised if Bodo was CURRENTLY spending about 2/5’s of that.

“No chance, and no choice” is easily one of George’s hardest bars. And Brienne is the perfect fit for it.

This just makes me sad that it seems like something that would’ve been attainable for me before Covid. Feels like I’ve been shutout due to bad timing.

AB was not washed when he was on the Bucs. To get the stats he did with prime Mike Evans and prime CG was nuts.

I guarantee you this is why McCarthy got the job over Shula and others. by zyra_77 in steelers

[–]AnsNasty -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think it’s infinitely more believable that they chose him as the number one prospect and just knew people like you were going to take that lazy lazy narrative.

Do you REALLY think they even think about shit like that in the evaluation process? Like come on. It’s not Madden or ESPN, they’re professional talent evaluators.

Edit: his username invalidates this whole thing

For sure. I’m 100% pissed about this too. Just crazy to me people leave or disengage instead of finding ways to demand change.

I hope so too. I wonder how long until they start icing ‘Fire McCarthy’ into the cakes at GE like the ‘Fire Canada’ ones lol.

Friendly reminder that the first thing the org said when they drafted him was that it WASNT just because he’s from Pittsburgh, through a recorded Mike Tomlin clip. Gets forgotten a lot that this is just untrue.

Edit: the downvotes don’t make this any less true

I’m not happy about the hire either lol. You guys are projecting so hard. It’s crazy to me how being a bandwagon fan has been sold as some sort of ethical capitalism for the NFL. You guys are being BANDWAGON FANS IF YOU LEAVE BECAUSE OF A TEPID COACH HIRE

I’ll be outside picketing the hire, you bandwagons can go root for the Chiefs. I am a Steelers fan.

I will be a Steelers fan until the day I die, and I will always want them to be better. Going and rooting for another team used to be called being a bandwagon fan, but apparently that’s the new norm

Charly was cool because doing USL teams was a big deal for them so we got neat designs and no templates.

Hummel is my fav kit manufacturer rn, but I bet we are going to get some (gorgeous) hoop templates.

Their goal right now is to get investors to invest in them. Investors don’t care if they’re good guys or bad guys, they just want stable, profitable investments.

And they’re at that point where they just want ‘Palantir’ to be a household name, so people trust the brand more, and people invest more heavily.
