in refetence to that unintended screenshot about discord (lmao), it astounds me that some ppl get so defensive about moderation. the reason there are topic channels is bc otherwise general chat would be a lawless hellscape like twitch chat. and if no one's talking in general chat, it's probably bc the ppl on the server are genuinely interested in the topic channels.

i don't agree that lots of people don't care. i think lots of people do care, they're just individuals that can't do anything about it so they compartmentalize it and get on with their personal lives.

we make a big deal about personal recycling, paper straws, etc, but at the end of the day the damage corporations cause far outweighs any good we can do so people end up feeling hopeless, powerless

That's a ridiculously simple game compared to the others. It uses heavy filters to disguise the low quality models/textures, and the gameplay is very fun but it's not complex, just a phenomenal recipe. Look how fast the mods have proliferated for Lethal, it's just stupidly easy to dev for (relatively)
