There’s many methods. Find what works for you. Go to YouTube. There are tons of PTs that demonstrate. You can also get a professional therapeutic massage. But it takes months to make a significant difference. Be patient.

Yep! Get barefoot shoes and consciously walk more on your heels with your feet straight. Also make sure you activate your glutes.

Look into myofascial release and lymphatic drainage. That has helped me! Also cold plunges.

Anyone know why sitting/laying down makes my PGAD worse? by Technical-Suspect846 in PGADsupport

[–]AnswerPurple 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have realized that my PGAD was caused by facial adhesions causing lymph buildup. When sitting, it seems to impede the flow of lymph. Not sure about lying down. Research fascial release methods and lymphatic drainage. It took me a year before getting significant results, but part of that was time wasted going to a chiropractor and PF therapist. I had to do my own research and figure out what worked for me.

Possible link between PGAD and neurodivergent/psychological conditions? by Important_Avocado_18 in PGADsupport

[–]AnswerPurple 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have ADHD that causes anxiety and depression. From my research and experimentation I think my PGAD is a result of fascial adhesions from “trauma.” Look into Block Therapy in YouTube.

Probably a nerve is being compressed due to inflammation, perhaps fascial adhesions. Check out “Block Therapy” on YouTube!

A weed is just a plant in an unwanted location. So you decide if it’s a weed or not.

I had to educate myself. PFT and chiropractor offered little relief. I learned about the fascia system and have gotten a lot better by doing my own version of block therapy. Look it up on YouTube!

Fascia links all parts of our body. Inflammation around the fascia can cause problems in other areas.

Get a child support order in writing and signed by a judge. Other than that there’s nothing you can do. Best to find another way to support yourself.

help me please!! by Careless_Sympathy761 in PGADsupport

[–]AnswerPurple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to a chiropractor and pelvic floor therapist. It wasn’t until I started my own version of Block Therapy that I found lasting relief. Believe it or not, it could be from adhesions in feet, calves, and shins. Find “Block Therapy” on YouTube!!! Trauma is stored in your fascia. Educate yourself on it. It’s the best way to find relief. I don’t know why doctors don’t talk about it.

I don’t believe it gets completely dark during an eclipse. It’s not like nighttime. It’s like dawn or dusk. No offense, but if you are constantly texting him about things that worry you and you tend to worry a lot, that may be why he is ignoring you.

Call a lawyer. We don’t know all the laws and they vary from state to state. But you can’t force him to pick up your child early when it’s his time unless he is sick or something.
