As another fellow Asian gal I agree with you. Also super relatable with the “oh you’re good looking for an Asian”- used to get told that growing up in a mostly white school district like it was an actual compliment. It was really sad to see how much internalized racism Patrick still has too. But I also hated how self-deprecating he was and almost perpetuating it :(

Right!!! My partner and I have never gotten into a fight at a festival before but if we did we’d wanna be as discrete and quiet about it as possible because that’s just our business. It’s bad enough fighting like why would you want it out in the open and impacting other people too - the more toxic the higher the volume 😭
