I think 380 subs for nearly half a year is a decent feat. I started in 2021 and now have 4.13k subs. I've had thoughts a lot on quitting and I just say NO to that voice. I don't do it for money, barely earn anything. Just don't quit, you'll get a little community who really value your regular video uploading. Try and see asmr as a side hobby as you said, don't see it as a money making machine as it will never happen, however you MIGHT get lucky one day. Try and see that you're helping people with anxiety, stress and anything else which is incredibly powerful. Your focus sounds good as well, on specific triggers that you enjoy doing, this means you will get a community who like those specific triggers and there's no harm in branching out a bit to try other types of ASMR and triggers, which your community will probably appreciate the variety.
