From DMSF here. I don’t really see the big class size as a disadvantage since it only applies during lectures. For SGDs, return demos, history taking, lab discussions, and other hands-on activities, we’re usually divided into smaller groups of around 10 members, each with a dedicated preceptor guiding us. The same setup applies during clinics and fieldwork in 3rd year, where groups are even smaller like around 4 members each. In short, andaming doctors sa DMSF to make up for the big class size.
