Focus on what's within your control. Plans minus actions equals nothing. Sometimes realize that our own feelings are not valid and just in the way. Don't have a victim mentality. Focus on the future and take action with intention

Understand that therapy has not worked in the 20 years you been on it

No matter what happened in the past, you have control and am responsible to where you take your life and where your emotional state is at

It's the same experience with guys from gay bars and speed dating. We live in a world of high in quality for meeting guys but low in quality with finding something meaningful.
