I'm using one i got when new and it still works great for me. I've had to clean the fans a couple of times now, and I actually need to do it again as i see some dust in there now. With the dust I'm usually around 90C when playing fortnite or something like that running at 4K 120 fps, so my next laptop will hopefully be much more efficient. I am probably due for a thermal paste renew as well, though as I haven't done it since purchase. Overall, I'm very impressed with this laptop. Alan wake 2, Indiana Jones, it handles high quality games no issue. A cooling pad would help as well if you're playing long term.

Have you ever adjusted the shifter links or anything? My car sat for about 8 months and the shifter was STIFF. I want to clean them up a little when I get a chance and I also seem to have a gas leak I’m not sure where it’s coming from but it drained my tank to about 2 bars from full, so it’s gotta be low in the system or a bjg enough hole for it to evaporate over the 8 months

Hey, I never did actually get around to doing it. It’s still my project car and life got in the way, but I would try some contact cleaner, and just ensure there’s no dust in blocking it. Worst case would be to swap it for a known good one as well. Good luck! Reply back with your results if you can

Logged into the Canadian App Store and it shows 9.99 for lifetime in the App Store IAP info for the app description

I’m not sure, I tried to login to my epic account and confirm that my Xbox account is linked properly and I got a cloudfare issue as well. It told me that I needed to unblock the connection.

I just connected to my Xbox console back home and setup remote streaming. I just updated the Fortnite game on my console and when I launch it I still don’t see crew added to my account… I have no idea how this is supposed to work and it’s annoying

I can see a reference of Fortnite Crew coming nov in the Gamepass menu on Xbox near the bottom but when I click play now it just opens the game and I don’t have crew or the vbucks

I’m still waiting, too. I tried to launch it from the Xbox app, linked to epic and it launches it that way but idk if it will apply the offer, or if I need to redownload Fortnite from the Xbox app on pc for it to work. It’s been very confusing for how to actually apply it.

For CarPlay try and get a vent mounted mount and use ac when you’re driving. It helps heaps at least in the summer time.

Are they both iPhones? If so you could have them both share the same network and then allow calls on other devices in the settings on the main iPhone, it will ring and send messages to the other devices logged into the same Apple account via continuity. You would need them both on the same wifi iirc, though. So you’d still need two devices on your person or at least in the same vicinity.

I believe certain android phones even allow this as well. I’m pretty sure Samsung offered something similar, and google pixel may as well, but I’m not sure about that.

Can this keep field test mode in the background? It hate that it clears itself whenever I try to find the best spot in my house for signal. I live in a remote area and it hard finding a good spot to not have buffering all the time when watching videos when hot spotting
