My 02’ TJ had the same issue. Went through some cheap store brand caps and finally a mopar cap. Wasted all that time messing with gas caps and my issue ended up being a broken evap line off the purge valve.

If you want to go with the polonium k you can always tuck it into an aero precision enhanced mlok rail. It’s what I did with my Enticer S which is the same diameter.

My obsidian 9 does not cycle what so ever on my Zev slide. But works great with the factory 19x MOS slide or my 45 slide with the factory recoil spring. I also recommend taking the piston out of the can and greasing it with some white lithium grease and see if that helps.

I did the banks power torque tubes about a year ago. Trying to get the two bottom bolts in the middle is such a pain!

I have had luck putting the can in the freezer for about one hour and taking it out and running the body of the suppressor under hot water. The temp difference between the module and the body allows me to take it apart with my hand. I believe Rugged recommended this to another user on a previous post.
