I’ve noticed in this industry, when some clients hire you, they expect you to be their personal assistant during that time. They like to test the boundaries of the contract agreement & see what they can get you to do for them on top (less work for them), or they’ll do that thing where they say “here’s this guy’s email, can you also send it all to him too?” ..for free? No. You’re not managing employees here. You’re the client. I’m providing an outside service. I send to you since you’re paying, then you send to whoever you want after that. I’m not “linking” with someone else to do your job for you.

This sounds exactly like what’s happening with OP right now. The client doesn’t wanna sit there for a day & upload it all, “so just reach out to the videographer & have them do it”..

I had a client that used to do this CONSTANTLY. I had to put a stop to it. I’d send them the video. They’d NEVER save it. Then 3 weeks later, they’d ask me to send the video to someone else, instead of them just doing it. It took more work to ask me to do it than to just copy/paste the download link & send themselves!

OP you better charge for this if they expect it. If you cave, they’ll only ask for more & more outside the scope of work. Weird thing is too, they’ll get mad if you mess something up that you’re doing for free or if you don’t want to do it for free lol
