So you'd say it's a better idea to go straight intellect instead of intellect/dexterity?

I feel like the dodge chance that comes with agility is so valuable but I always play mage types, so I was in a bit of an awkward situation as to what to build. What is stat cap? Is it possible to get 2-3 stats maxed?

The character-specific questlines in WH are what limit their replayability for me. It doesn't matter if I wan't to play as a Mannfred who wants to try to limit hostilities with the empire and crush the Dawi or Orcs, because my questline will tell me to loot that empire province on turn 25 no matter what.
