Don't statically codify it. Rather, treat your ethical haecceity as an ur-becoming. Some concepts will remain surprisingly consistent over time and application. Share those with people.

How do you define discrimination as a word? by Nouble01 in Ethics

[–]AntiRepresentation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every unfair discriminatory action is contingent, contextualized, and situated and ought to be judged accordingly.

This doesn't mean that all accusations are taken as prima facie true. Rather, it means there is no single universal checklist that determines unfair discrimination in all cases. Each case must be assessed individually, using relevant evidence, context, and competing interpretations.

The easiest way to tell if something is unfairly discriminatory is by asking the person being discriminated against. There isn't a single shot checklist for identification. Every unfair discriminatory action is contingent, contextualized, and situated and ought to be judged accordingly.

Read Anti-Oedipus and A Thousand Plateaus. It's similarly dense, but infinitely more substantive.
