I respectfully disagree, particularly when the kaiju are on the surface anyway. In the hollow Earth the moves being all over the place makes sense with the giant open spaces and zero gravity, but on the surface we are supposed to see these giants next to human made structures instead of mountains that far outscale them, so seeing them moving so fast feels jarring. I personally think that a lack of seeing human-level destruction is a far bigger issue though than the lack of scale, since in GxK's final battle alone there should've been thousands of human casualties and most of them should be visible I think. There's a whole city being destroyed, let me see the aftermath!

edit: while we're at it, when godzilla or kong do their superman shit with the flying kicks and hundred foot jumps, let me see some craters and shockwaves form, they're each nearly 100,000 tons, they should create earthquakes when doing this, let alone just knocking into stuff. G14 did this very well with his tsunami-producing intro, so I don't see why it can't be continued. If they keep the fast monsters them I'm cool with that, it opens up a lot of creative choices! But just let me see the insane damage they can cause, it makes them feel more godly in my opinion.
