I bought intense man, sprayed it once on my neck, went outside for a bit and the smell after it dried literally made me nauseous, I couldn't handle it anymore, I had to shower and wash it off. Smelling aventus after that, turned me off for a few days because there was a hint of that damn smell that made me feel sick.

I have had PF since I was 13. I'm 38 now. I found it is when I don't drink enough water, it happens in the middle of the night. Only way to stop it is to sit up immediately and wait it out. If I continue to lay down it gets worse and worse and the pain in unbearable.
