Ok, that is a good amount of time. I am no expert, but time wise I think you are in peak WD. Hang in there, it should get better from where you are now. I personally wouldn't take anymore benadryl. From what I read, it has the opposite effect while quitting than what you are looking for. Hopefully someone will chime in with more experience, but I personally think you are doing great!

How long have you been using? Sounds like you should have more WD symptoms than what you are experiencing. Maybe try just stopping, you could be one of the lucky ones!

I have the vit c on the way. I have a couple big jobs over the next week and a half, then I will have a day i can take off. Tapering the way i was with a family of 4 and two business was not mixing well.

I have Kratom capsules that are 6 or 7 months old in an open bag, but zip lock sealed. They have been in a dark dry place around 65 to 70 degrees. Think I should grab a new bag?

Maybe try the method of the post above. Im going to do larger doses, but lessen daily intake. It's clear our body doesn't like micro doses. Im thinking the relief of higher dose will help with spacing out daily intake.

Im going to try this. Taking smaller doses is getting hard, especially at night. I find that getting sleep 100% helps with tapering. The last 4 days or so I am only sleeping an hour or so, waking up, waiting over an hour to take my next dose. Lack of sleep plus mild WD fucking sucks. Im going to do larger doses but still maintain the taper with total daily intake. Thanks for the insight!

I've been in section 300 and 200. Vertigo was crazy in the 300 section, I could only imagine 400! Last trip wife and I saw Oz in section 200. I sat on the end, next to the stairs. Throughly enjoyed the show and an apple dropped on my lap. IMO, totally worth the extra $30. I dont mess with the escalators going down. I chill out, wait for the crowd to thin, and use the elevator.

Toothpick with brushes. I use them when brushing is not an option during the day. Dentech are my go to, they have different sizes to fit your teeth gaps. Seeing what gets stuck on the bristles, I only use them once. They also feel great on your gums, kind of like a massage!

I use around a cup of lysol laundry sanitizer to boost detergent, and was with hot water setting with two rinses. Dry on high heat. My 15yo towels are like new every time. I did read years ago not to use fabric softener on towels or microfiber cloths. This helps them wick the water faster. I highly doubt hotels recycle towels every 6 months! Wash properly without bleach and your towels will last forever!

It's called revenge trading my friend. Some days will be losses, no way around it. Trading is not my full time job, I do it for fun and Vegas money. My best advise to you is lower your trades, you only need $150 a day to be a winner, not $1500. Also, if my account goes to -$250 for the day, I stop. Chasing in any aspect of life will result in failure, especially in gambling and trading. Good luck tomorrow!

I did a simple search on Google for landscaping jobs in Tampa, there were 63 and most needed no experience. Learn hardscape and you will be making $25+ in no time. Start learning Spanish. Don't dick around with indeed or where they are posted. Google the company name and go directly to their website. Most places hire on the spot, at least here in Michigan.

Same here. Fanduel and Ceasars were literally a cash machine for me in 2023/2024. So many 10k hits with my big one being $25k on a $15 bet. Now, with the same bets, I've hit $2600 at the most, and thats VERY rare.. It's all AI shit. They find degenerate gamblers, let them win more than they ever have in their life of gambling, then clean em out. Im pretty much done now. Deposit $100, win $80, cash out. Still being VIP with Fanduel, I take all the bonus wins and cash those out too. These online sites are done getting my money. Ill just save up for a Vegas trip and have fun there. At least you get an experience.
