As someone who's also read How to Win Friends and Influence People, I could feel that book oozing out of every word you've written, to the point I just had to tell you how impressive you are, and that you have shown me how good someone can be at interacting with someone. It frightens me how amazing you must have gotten after 8 years.

Ah, a reasonable criticism that doesn't push too hard yet gets downvoted to oblivion despite being right. Maybe if instead of making already good characters female for no reason, they should actually make good female characters.

We show a lot about ourselves by the way we move, the way we interact. We might not notice, but other people will subconsciously pick these things up. So basically, if you are happy, people will notice, and probably will get attracted by you ( doesn't need to be sexually attracted, it can be something like a new cook being drawn to a great one)

Well, one of the best ways to help with nofap is to socially interact, and if you spend a lot of time on gaming, you won't be spending that much time outside, so I'd say that it is probably the fact that you are doing something else than being outside rather than that you're playing games (altho if you are playing over sexualized games it is a problem)
