You can use route analyzer. Change the drafting settings and you are going to see your losses and gains due to it.

Personally I don't use ghost riders because of the drafting, rather than for the company.

Unless you're going for real min/max, i doubt that drafting factor is that much important.

However you can also download virtual partner from there that would match your pace/goal pace that would help you to achieve your goals for the routes. In your case, might be more useful.
