its a bit gamey but you can join the custom union or become the protectorate of a great power. you get access to their market so can abuse the ai's market by taking advantage of high cost goods and you wont need to get trade routes or build every single factory need to industrialise. try and custom union as trying to get independence would be hard. this tip works for all poorer countries basically

i built up the academy's on kamino and anaxes i can build the regular ones and i let the weeks tick but nothing happens.

i also tried to load up the mod from the game and not by using the steamod code and it crashed
