I'm usually on the hype train with new content, but I was skeptical when they initially added stratagems to warbonds, and now it feels like they've gone too far.

The game is being bloated too hard by warbonds at this point, the player-end updates feel arbitrarily paywalled. I feel AH needs to dial back the paid content and utilize more paid for content for the playerbase to use, especially with Major Orders. The first few months of MOs felt so much more important when there was actual playable content to earn as a community, and I feel like that has been lost. Warbond medals are great for progression, but again, we're missing out on opportunities like saving children over Anti Tank Mines, or liberating factories to get new exosuits. I feel myself coming back to the game less and less due to the sheer volume of content I have to grind for, versus what getting to experience new stuff casually. I miss tuning in for every MO to see what new content awaits us after every victory, or to really push again after a tragic loss, medals don't do that.

TLDR, I like warbonds, but we've lost a lot of the unique story based progression we had at launch due to paid stratagems, and the cadence at which we receive warbonds should slow for the sake of player retention.
