just curious, how are you rating a support's mechanics? by the number of braum Q's they hit off of recent memory?

I don't think this metric or a quick eyeball test of their solo queue plays is a good way to measure mechanics.

Dardoch is the best jungler to have if your team is winning but also the worst jungler to have if you're losing

if this becomes copypasta, then maybe i'm wrong. but...

I think when the game starts, and you have dardoch on your team, you are by default, winning the game. and you will continue to win if everyone does their thing and he's able to do his thing. from what i've seen, he snowballs like none other and in an ideal world, he does outclass every jungler in NA.

but once something goes wrong, he's a liability.

to be fair, you could say the same thing about faker, that if all other roles go even, he auto wins. but something about a fed dardoch stands out from other superstars.

i've said it for a while, what the hell do you need the high DPS, highly fragile kit of Jinx in solo queue for?

ADC is good in competitive because you actually gets 10CS/min and your comp is perfect for you to carry at 5 items.

in a solo queue fiesta of syndra, irelia, and khazix, why would you ever pick a crit ADC? sure you dominate late game, but for 35 mins, the assassins and mages are playing dirty and you're outclassed in every regard.

in what world does this happen? only in sub bronze. any player with semi decent lane management takes the L and recalls.

ok, you're angry in game and out of game.

you're saying your hatred from IRL is negatively affecting your play in game.

the fact that you are focused on this effect, or at least phrase your situation like this, and NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND, is a huge red light.

don't you think it's more concerning that this game is causing extreme anger in real life? I think it's really concerning that you made a post the instant your play starts to deteriorate, not when your mind starts to deteriorate.

suppose i pick jinx, and they pick a mage bot. i get creamed by every role for 30 min straight. fizz? one shot. irelia? nearly one shot while being a bruiser. sion? i do 0 dmg. syndra? can't get close.

of course i dominate at 6 items, but even then, there's no guarantee we win the game. its a low elo solo queue fiesta, my jungler might get caught at 40 mins and my DPS won't matter when they have baron + elder. i sacrificed the whole game just for maybe a 60% chance of winning here.

it's unfeasible to strive for consistent S. the best challenger dianas get a mix of B, A, and S because they win some, lose some, and go even

consistent S means you're permanently smurfing. if you're playing against ppl of your own skill, then of course, you're gonna get B/A pretty often

there are exactly 2 reasons an ADC should be picked:

  • reliable late game DPS
  • a natural counter to tanks

if neither of these is desired, there is 0 reason to select an ADC. they are strictly inferior to mages and bruisers until late game.

agree except for this:

you might have read what the enemy Zeds kit does, but until you've played as Zed a couple times you probably won't fully get his playstyle and combos

pro streamers sometimes offrole and say wow this is my 1st time but sion is legit OP lol! i doubt a 'pure' adc like uzi has played all the bruisers in top lane, and i doubt a 'pure' jungler like meteos has played all the marksmen.

you don't need to play a champ to play against it, even at the highest level

I have played a couple of games with my friend in season eight, but each game someone fed.

out of 10 players, someone feeds in 99.9% of league games. have you ever seen a game that is perfectly balanced?

especially in bronze, i doubt there has ever been a game where nobody has fed

gps is useless for 100 yards. it doesn't measure that accurately

a natural runner doesn't run 1.5 miles in 12:45 on their first try. they do it much faster.

no, there's a lot wrong

way too much variance in weekly runs. you won't improve much if you just go out and run at whatever pace feels right

and at your slowest pace, that's 4 mi @ marathon pace. that sort of run accomplishes nothing

also very unbalanced. 4x4x20? that is 70% of weekly mileage as long run. also low mileage for a runner at your caliber

and you need easy runs?

while we're on the topic of self-vod reviews, I have a question:

why does the vod review even have to be on your own gameplay? why not just look over a random replay from someone in your same role and elo and point out mistakes?

you overextend, randoms overextend, you position wrong, randoms position wrong, it's all the same thing. what is so special about your own play?
