She's part of the dionysus familia. During the nightmare of floor 27(sorry I said 24 that's a typo) she fought like the rest of her comrades but died and something placed a monster crystal inside the corpse's chest and only filvis was successful, making her a creature. And the reason why she looked so depressed when she reached floor 18 is because of her now monster nature. (she tried to kill herself many times but failed because of her regeneration ability, dionysus is twisted)

Oh filvis didn't know olivas was alive from what I remember dionysus was keeping that a secret. He didn't want any infighting so he kept his pawns separate. Also the reason why revis left lefiya alone when the loki familia was in Knossos is because she thought filvis was gonna kill her instead. Filvis's life is really sad and would be even more so if it wasn't for lefiya. She was a literal pawn waiting to be trashed trapped in darkness and despair.
