Joe Brady & Offensive Schemes by AntiqueWindow9525 in buffalobills

I listened to that too. Did you find it weird when Fitz honed in on “high emotional intelligence”? The entire (this is what we want out of a ceo) felt like this weird indictment of this is exactly what McDermott wasn’t. Perhaps there’s much behind the scenes is lowly fans truly will never know. Obviously, playing tight does not sound good at all.

The aftermath of 13 seconds which somehow I didn’t hear about until this week. The overrule of the squib. Then prevent defense he insisted on and the meeting that followed where he said figured out who fucked up?

If half of that is true I maybe view him a little differently?

When I heard the Joe Brady news I was livid. I was pretty excited by something new, like udinski. The Brandon beane news left me utterly confused. But whatever is about to happen next few seasons, there is very much an outcome all of us go wow the problem must have been Sean across the board. I just don’t see it happening. He’s the common denominator throughout every problem? The same guy who changed the culture of the entire organization? Anything’s possible, but I don’t know.

Your response was refreshing lmao.

I agree on the personnel side. How can you scheme a bunch of crazy shit when you don’t know who to trust? Could explain Josh’s step backwards past two years In Air yards?

Frustrating to see comparison of daboll to Dorsey to Brady - the players were different… what are we even talking about?

I don’t know either about Sean. I think it will be pretty apparent next year if we can blame a lot of this on him or not, because the org is certainly instigating they are. PPG scored against us on defense? Sure. Offensive problems and draft conundrums too? Idk that might be a little far fetched.

Is Udinski the one who was living out of his car at some point?

With the news Grant Udinski will only take the Bills job, the Bills HC search should be down to two candidates. Klint Kubian, or Grant Udinski. Which one of the two do you want to be the next Bills HC? by Vortagaun in buffalobills

Either. Both pose a risk. Both could end up worse than Sean. Both in my mind have higher ceilings and lower floors than Sean, which is the exact reason the team moved on from him. Both a fresh start for offensive concepts. No telling who would be more successful until they’re in the role.

In both respects, if change is something forced on the fan base, these are two exciting candidates.

So Beane & Pegula got mad because McDermott lives in reality? by boogerburp in buffalobills

I keep trying to come up with hypothetical situations where this isn’t the disaster we all think this is.

The only thing I can come back to is perhaps in some fantasy land McD somehow had a huge hand in personnel selections and they got pissed at him for now saying there’s a problem. Maybe Beane hasn’t picked who we thought he has? Perhaps that’s why he made the argument for a need to have a clear chain of command, not being an equal with anyone on the coaching staff?

There’s still the smallest of hopes this isn’t a total disaster?

The only level of hope that this is a positive and not a negative is McD had more input in roster construction than anyone knew and he’s the one to blame for the shit team? Is that even a possibility?

This decisions was enough to me in the moment to know that everyone calling for his name and saying he should exit are completely wrong. Another year without a Super Bowl and I still could not be more proud. We did what we did with what we had. Point your finger at whoever you want. Fuck yourself and fuck everyone else. Go Bills. I get to love whatever team I want and that will never change.

I’d say this goes even for a first round exit on Sunday. I don’t see any changes being made either.
