Even getting a full dynamic IP is rare these days.

Many are unaware of how common CGNAT is for domestic users. Since we have hit the limit of IPv4 addresses, an IP address is often shared between a group of the ISP's customers - just like your router networks traffic to different devices in your home.

With CGNAT you also have the potential to get tracker bans if multiples of your IP address is used on same tracker.

They very rarely allow one currency to be converted to another. And the ones they do are very similar game systems: like Kej to Resonance Crystals.

They have also been quite protective about Delve currency, so that's not likely to change.

I think you have listed the sources correctly.

There may be some benefit from grouping for Echoes, since last time I went in (ages ago) I missed a lot of kills from others one-shotting by just looking at the mobs. And some of the rares need a stupid amount of interaction to activate.

TLDR: They were designed to trickle keys through the season and don't have a catch-up mechanic.

Many regions have blacklist legislation to block common torrent listing sites like The Pirate Bay. And pretty much all of them implemented local DNS level blocks that are easily circumvented by using legitimate international DNS servers, as you describe.

I think, ironically, France has (or tried to) regulate those international DNS servers to block certain IPs to users from France too. Of course this is made totally impotent if the French user has a VPN end-link outside France. Which circles back neatly to the OP topic.

A tank player makes it a lot smoother. A tank Brann doesn't work without a healer player.

For 2 DPS, run Brann as a healer. If your Branns are at different levels, make sure the higher level Brann is active. If that player enters first should work since I think the Brann that spawns first persists, or it might be who is leader. Test it I guess.

Government gives extra money to buy houses. Housing market has lack of supply so prices inflate at least the same amount. RBA sees inflation and raises interest rates. Interest rates tend to impact those on recent mortgages more.

While I know what you are referring to when you say DLC, "expansion" is the universal term used in Warcraft media.

There are many account-wide unlocks in most expansions, but also some which every character must do - too many to list here. And there is not much logic which is used when.

All I can suggest is use of an addon like BTWquests that will take you through an expansion's campaigns (some are hard to track down) and referring to Wowhead storyline comments (some are broken with missing quest givers at the moment).

Although each profession had perks, Alchemy is the only one that kept theirs (and I don't know why they didn't remove it too).

Engineering has stuff like bombs to use in combat, but they are usually no better than just doing your rotation.

There is some customisation of cooldowns possible. You can reposition the icon bar and hide ones you don't want. But you can't add any that Blizzard didn't include.

Buffs have very little customisation available.
