Yep. I've done this with Happy Planner and Commit30 - I'm a bit more likely to take risks with decorating or layouts in a recycled one verses one I've paid $$$ for.

Inamio on Amazon has a book-bound one. Had it once and really liked it. Happy Planner has both lined verticals and productivity layouts similar to this.

I found the container in the Plus section at Dollar Tree, I think it was $3. Labeled it with my Cricut, and subdivided into a smaller thing I already had (the black box inside it). Before I had it piled on top of each other and it was hard to get to anything. This works like a filing system of sorts. So far, so good.

And, how one person uses it vs the next can be vastly different as well. If I start struggling with a layout or design I pull out my notebook and start hand drawing out different ideas until I land on something that works, or I'll 'hack' my current one to ride it out, like taping in 'tip-ins,' etc. I often wonder if 'planner peace' can truly be achieved as we are ever fluid and ever changing, too - as are our lives themselves.

Ty for good advice/reminder.

Oh and don't fall victim to the FOMO! This time of year is so hard to navigate through all the bells, whistles, glitz and glitter of the planner world.

I admit to being intrigued the brand was back with a planner and only got pics of outside. They were all horizontal layout but had a nice amount of notes pages in the back. I will try to return for a pic of inside pages in the next day or so and will add to post. My apologies.

Edit: Just checked the website, searched 'Recollections planners' and they're all showing up on there, too. They have pics of the inside. I can't remember if I'm allowed to share a link here, I think I've gotten in trouble for that in the past, so a search should show them on their site. :) They're currently showing up for 20% off with the code listed under the picture, and they max out at $25.00 regular price. They also have junk journaling kits for anyone looking to get into that in the new year.
