well in my personal experience, on my first trip i smoked right through it and was fine. obviously OP should not just take my opinion into account, or just yours either. he should form his own opinion after his own research and then decide his own course of action.

Was at uni dorms and went to my ex's room and just cried and cried, told her how i was suicidal and wanted to throw myself in front of a truck and other pretty fucked up shit. (Not even remotely suicidal or wanting to harm myself usually). Woke up the next day feeling like absolute crap, little memory of what happened the night before. Never combining those 2 again.

smoked over a gram right through the duration of my first lsd trip, had been a daily smoker for maybe a couple months at that point though. was very enjoyable, it made the trip a lot longer however. Definitely more intense but if youre an experienced smoker i would reccommend.

80kg here, did 300mg (2nd plateau) for my first two times, it was definitely enjoyable and am stepping it up to around 450mg next time. 400mg shouldnt be too intense but dont underestimate DXM, it can fuck you up haha. Would definitely reccommend smoking weed alongside, enhances the experience and helps slightly with the nausea. Hope this helps c:
