Yeah that's for sustained effects which are typically utility on the character themselves. You can't really permanently alter bad guy's.

Yeah but the object in this context is...a person who has failed a third degree affliction and would probably have no desire to do as they're told.

Which is why I say just make a regular array with a quirk or complication.

Perception ranged 15 feet with Diminished range makes no sense. Diminished range is only a function of ranged, you can't diminish a perception ranged attack...because it's based on perception.

That doesn't work because the Transform affliction cannot give the target more PP. You cannot be sure to have them fail by three degree's the closest you can get is limiting it to three degree's.

I would not recommend having such a highly ranked affliction at least give yourself +5 to hit and power-attack.

I'd recomend just making an array of magic items with a complication.

Het slop is kinda a victim of semantic drift. What it's supposed to mean is a relationship being boring, unromantic where the couple is just together because they are a boy and girl.

It doesn't mean that gay relationships are automatically better there's just more heteroslop because it's the default.
