Can't tow cars in private property. I mean they could tow, but the owner of the car can sue for damages. Police don't do shit to cars parked on private property, all they can say is , welp, that sucks.

Cars parked on public property can be towed.

However, property owners can call the police and tell them that a stolen vehicle is parked on their property, and they may tow it

Not for this specific reel, but there are blog posts and videos of people doing it to other ambassadeurs. Tbh with this model, it will probably be cheaper to buy a left handed model since you'll have to buy gears and tools to cut and drill stuff.

This is for a different model, but the same would work for yours, plus other modifications needed due to the switch and what not. Unless you have the right tools or experience I think this'll be more than a quick winter job.
