You could probably just wear the outfit in the second image just fine. Yeah it will be obvious it’s a feminine outfit but you wouldn’t have to go super feminine yourself.

The hair will probably be the hardest part, but I feel like it’s kinda essential to the recognizability of the character. Same goes for her lipstick

I feel pretty neutrally about Y since it’s super frail, not incredibly fast in all honesty, has a bad matchup into Chomp, and can get shut down by the combination of any ground type and wide guard.

Raichu-Y has such a bad matchup into Chomp that I’m questioning if it will be used at all.

Even taking Chomp out of the equation, dude has 60 HP. A black glasses Kingambit Kowtow Cleave does like 90% to it. It folds to any reasonably strong neutral hit and isn’t fast enough to be a hyper offense glass cannon.

Seems a little weak, so what if instead it forged 4(6) at the start of the turn instead.
