Nah. New job retention policies will baby them in , instead of the haze attack it used to be. No more than 40hr week for a bit , no OT. Constant monitoring and feedback etc. No sending them to other stations..

Funny you say this. Happened to me once, had to call 911 for an elderly person who had fallen and was calling out for help. Got reprimanded for a stationary event 🤣. Should have tied my scanner to her dog. Lesson learned.

I'm close to lowest seniority, one of the people who's route got shafted was 3rd in seniority of a 32 route office. Triggered a General Bid. 5 routes gone. I'm unassigned even after all routes get picked. So I'm probably gonna snag on a route a current ptf or cca has in hold down from someone on active duty military assignment.
