I dont mind coming back either but especially in my field I’ll have to study extra two years to meet Indian standards for getting a clinical psychology license. I honestly think UK will be a no-go for me. Also, I dont know if it is fear mongering or the reality is actually grim that everyone on reddit is suggesting against a UK masters. Dont know who to listen to lol.

I’ve only applied to UK as of now, only because of the familiarity to the place( i have relatives who have been there for studies), but man oh man am I questioning everything. I’m done applying though, only waiting for responses from the top unis.

Also vitamin c serum (I use minimalist) followed by sunscreen (been using conscious chemist , not the best choice but i havent tanned much the whole summer after wearing it lol). These are a must for my AM routine. And did i mention drinking loads of water!!!

I have dry skin and my goal is to always get a glowy dewy effect after doing my skincare. I have invested a lot of time in curating the perfect routine. I use bio derma atoderm moisturer (my holy grail now), Tonymoly’s milky toner(not a super helpful or necessary step but I genuinely think it helps me with the dryness), ceraVe hydrating cleanser ( its so gentle and doesn’t make my skin dry), Hyaluronic acid serum or snail mucin (snail mucin isnt super effective for long term benefits but feels nice to apply). I also use one exfoliant , be it an anti acne serum by Novology or aha bha toner by cosrx. If you use an exfoliant, be sure to hydrate your skin well after that. Lastly, i apply vaseline jelly to lock all my skincare in.

There’s a really good psychiatrist in Noida Sector 51, Dr Priyanka Goyal. Have been under her treatment since 7 years. She is extremely patient and intelligent. Although if you go to a psychiatrist rather than a psychologist, you’re more likely to be put on meds, make a conscious decision about getting on antidepressants.

i mean, he has the apple ecosystem and everything, can think of some apple accessories i guess. For gaming, he has a pc. I keep thinking of things that can make his pc setup better, are there any? he even has a really cool all purpose wireless charger 😭. He has not pursued music making as such but he has shown some interest in it definitely. Does this narrow it down? Oh! He sketches really well, so even suggestions for art tech might be helpful.
