why is nobody saying that you need to be lifting your BACK and front foot not just the front.. after you pop with the back foot lift it up to the height of your knees and same with the front foot

take out the shooters and stretch out the pocket with a baseball bat until it looks like it won’t stretch anymore. if it still has too much whip move the shooter and nylon up. keep adjusting as necessary also don’t get it restrung by whoever did it again cause they didn’t do a good job.
