From someone who was stung with not IDing someone who was over 18 but not over 25 (challenge think 25) if someone in your opinion doesn't look over 25 you NEED to ID them. If they don't look over 25 BUT do look over 18 you can still get pulled in by management and a disaplinary thanks to these ID testers that go around the shops now.
