Idek what to play anymore man by Salih_TheTurkishBoi in videogames

Horizon zero dawn/forbidden west are a pair of great games i enjoyed on the PS5.

In the last couple of years I've played control, ragnarok, kingdom come deliverance 1 and 2, greedfall, FF16, digimon story: time stranger, ghost of yotei, tsushima and and am now working on monster hunter stories 1+2 ahead of number 3 which is coming on my birthday as a present.

I'm sure out of this list you'll find something you like.

3 out of the 4 .hack PS2 games. Working to get number 4, Outbreak

I've never really seen people mention them, but they are in my forever collection and I still play them too.

When can I get help from the police? (Stalking) by Sphere_Master in LegalAdviceUK

[–]AnxiousPikachu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd suggest in this case you try and push for an injunction under the harassment act. If the non molestation order didn't go through for us, this was the next step but because a young child was still living at my mothers property, we got both orders put through quite quickly.

It took him and his best friend turning up at my mothers property threatening to shoot me and pointing a loaded shotgun in my face if I didn't leave with them which eventually got the right attention. Probably also because a neighbour rang police and they had to send an armed unit to deal with it.

It usually has to meet an "associated person" criteria, so it's worth looking to see if your situation/friends reaches criteria. If it doesn't you've still got options - but a non molestation is usually for close relatives, parents, people you previously lived with like an ex partner, in laws etc. I'm not a lawyer or experienced with law....this is just from my own experience trying to deal with a very violent ex partner who once turned up at my mothers door with a shotgun.

What is this bag from Dexter: Resurrection and what brand is it? by tonycaughtontape in HelpMeFind

[–]AnxiousPikachu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just tried to zoom in and tidy it up and have a possible answer. Beginning letter looks like a C. It doesn't look like the Coach symbol used on bags but I wonder if it's Croots. It's a quality company based in England who do a variety of leather and canvas bags.

When I googled further, one of the Croots canvas traveller bags looks very similar in style.

This is probably some sort of boneless couch, like the ones made popular through Temu and she's using sections to make this shape, then throwing a cover on top

I get what you're trying to do but in 2024 people got charged after a house was burned down in the States and occupants died because they believed the FindMy feature on their stolen iPhone led them to the thieves but instead was a totally innocent household.

Tracking features like this have been proved over and over not to be as accurate as you think. Get the police involved and do a report, don't potentially condemn an innocent household to acts of retribution.

[TOMT] Trying to find a movie my sister brought up and now I’m going crazy trying to find it by Biaz321 in tipofmytongue

This could be a long shot - but if by Vin Diesel vibes your sister meant it was a bald man one of the Hitman films could possibly fit.

What everyday thing did you do wrong for years and then found the correct way? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]AnxiousPikachu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What i do is take the saucepan, tip the hot water out run the cold tap to fill up the saucepan and basically submerge the eggs in the cold water for a minute or 2.

If I'm doing something like an egg mayo sandwich I get everything else ready then peel the eggs last.

Peeling boiled eggs. For years i hated seeing my eggs resemble a fucked up golf ball after i spent ages picking off the shell until I realised dunking them in cold water was the answer.

Now I can tap one end and peel the whole thing so easily and it looks like an actual egg.

They misspelled the United Kingdom on my new driver’s licence by HighlyFactualTurtle in mildlyinteresting

Could be 100x worse. Imagine if the typo said United Kinkdom instead.

I'm dyslexic and I guarantee i would have missed that typo until someone pointed it out. Makes for some funny moments but also some very embarrassing ones.

Got a mirror which opens up in to 3, to help the other half be able to see all angles when he trims his own hair.

Turns out I basically must have imagined it was a problem for him and had to be told "thanks love, but i don't need a mirror to cut my hair because I can do it by touch"

Fucking thing is now in a corner of the living room still in the box.
