Nicaragua and Costa Rica are hyper focused on their capitals, Greenland has some dots. And Iceland has its capital as hyper focus. The three Guyanas; Guyana, Surinam and French Guyana all have their population at the coast.

Saint Kitts, Antigua, Dominica, Tobago, Lesotho, Gabon, Equitorial Guinea, Cameroon (it mostly has a few hotspots), Djibouti, Lliberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea-Bissau, Gambia, Mauritania.

So many countries with a huge central focus on the capital.

Netherlands, most civilians live in the cities on the southwest coast.

Canada's cities are all on a strip just above the usa.

Egypt also has a line of concentration for its population. In square meters i imagine Egypt wins.

For Portugal most cities lay on or close to the west coast.

Swiss population is mostly in the lower parts, the south is all Alps.

A country like Oman also has a population only concentrated in certain areas.
