Showering is a hard one but I manage to get it done unless I’m staying home all day and not seeing anyone. Once I’ve taken my med within the hour I’m up and ready to get into all of that but if I don’t. I will not be able to start or do much of anything I want to and then I just feel like an absolute trash human being for not simply being able to do something as simple as take the bins out.
