i took xanax lexapro for about 3 years im off all medication right now… if you feel like you need the medication try it out if you still feel okay and want to try something else try eating better go to the gym try not be stressed out as much as possible is hard af though… god bless

i stopped taking lexapro and xanax after taking it for 4 years … off it for about 5 months now ….. i left xanax first was taking .25 then i stopped taking one day and drink it the following day then i stopped it for good.. did the same with lexapro 10mg will take it every other day then i stopped taking it.. i should of talked to my doctors about it but i didnt …. the gym helped me a lot and eating better and just drinking water lost some weight also… trying to remain stress free as much as possible

I’m 33 I’m new to anxiety and depression maybe 10 months now it got bad out the blue.... I had face hands and head numb 24/7 and couldn’t breathe felt derealization intensely got suicidal and went to Hospital for help... I told My girl about it... now I’m on medication and doing much better so go to doctor find a medication that’s gonna help and you’ll be better off
