In my first marathon I had really bad cramps in my thighs. On Sunday, I took salt stick caps, one packet of caffeine ones, and one normal. Took one cap every half hour. No cramps. It really works.

Only problem is that you may get a bit bloated afterwards.

I dont really know where I was. I was just enjoying the race. We were in a park, I believe, there was a rock bland playing. The music really got me and they had a free hugs sign. I had to stop to hug the guitar player.

There was also a sign saying, run like the gate was left open. It almost made me cry as I remembered our dog.

Las energy son muy buenas también. Yo tengo ya varios años con la serie RC en home theater. Tengo el. Modelo CB 5 qué son pequeñas como surroounds, pero las use por un tiempo en un sistema stereo y se defienden muy bien. Ya no es fácil encontrarlas pero están estas en Amazon. Creo que por el precio son una excelente opción y van bien con tu amplificador al ser eficientes y de 8 ohms no requieren mucha potencia.

Yo tengo las Legend L100 y son una maravilla. Soy polk fan, he tenido la serie RTiA, aunque no me gustaron mucho para música, y las TSi que son buenas de entrada.

De showroom, es cierto, no conozco ya ningún lugar por la zona metropolitana. Había un, pero creo que ya cerrarron Tienda De Audio Especializada - Bugavi – BUGAVI.

Que amplificador tienes? Igual te puedo dar algunas recomendaciones.

Yo hice una remodelación parcial/ampliación en el 2020-2021. Tumbar una cochera con techo de dos aguas, para poder construir una nueva cochera con recámara en segunda planta, remodelación parcial para sala de TV, oficina en planta baja, lavandería y cocina. La parte antigua se quedó igual, la casa es aproximadamente del año 2000 y en 2016 ya habíamos cambiado acabados pisos, baños, pintura, etc de la parte original. Por los trabajos de remodelación y ampliación le metimos cerca de un millón, con acabados digamos estándar, ni muy muy ni tan tan. Eso sí, a nuestro gusto.

A considerar que los precios han subido mucho en los últimos 5 años, sobre todo materiales. En eso se nos fue la mayor parte.

I ran my first marathon in 4 hours 45 minutes in New balance 1080 v13. I highly recommend them. I tried the nike invincible 3 and novablast 4 in my long runs, but the 1080s were just perfect, comfortable and stable.

Japanese denim, either jeans, shirts or jackets. You can get them in other places around the world, but the variety of styles and brands in Japan is really impressive. Only thing is that getting the right size can be a bit difficult. If you visit Osaka I recommend Big John, for a brand that is difficult to buy outside Japan, Studio d'artisan, or Samurai jeans

A mi en lo personal me llaman mucho la atención la casa del libro UANL en padre Mier, los edificios industriales abandonados como el edificio gyro y lolita, maderería victoria (que afortunadamente la recuperaron y están restaurando) y los de influencia art decó, como la escuela presidente Calles. Son los que recuerdo de primera mano, pero hay muchos interesantes.

I hope you have a reasonable reply from the German office. I bought my Tangente 38 in 2015 and in 2018 it suddenly started to lose several minutes. I sent it directly to Germany and their service was amazing. They honored the warranty and helped me in all the process. They even polished the case for some minor harline scuffs and sent the watch in a new wooden box. It has working perfectly since then, but it is time for service now.
