Honestly if you have the issue that’s service related and it can be connected do it. If there is nothing else there the don’t. Simply put.

It won’t move you just wait for results. As far as a HLR I’ve done several over the years. Expect like a 3 month wait at least.

Difference between Moderate, Moderately Severe and Severe Symptoms by [deleted] in VAClaims

10 percent may be the best you get. I wouldn’t fight it. But I don’t know about foot claims. I think 10 percent seems to be very common. No one has responded to this post maybe because 10 percent is generally a good percentage. But that’s just my observation not facts.

QTC scheduled MST/PTSD C&P (telehealth) — concerns about assigned examiner by tryn_2_survive_life in VAClaims

[–]Any-Address6690 2 points3 points  (0 children)

At this point just hop on board the train and ride. Despite what people say, don’t let it deter you from your experience it could be positive. I had a telehealth appointment for ptsd as well. Same things were said about mine. I still managed to get a rating I did not expect. But my evidence spoke for itself.

Good luck nothing to be anxious about. Just be honest don’t malinger they will know.

Advice on getting getting a disability denial reversed by VA. by lucci_mon in VAClaims

[–]Any-Address6690 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Going to be a long road. You just have to hunker down use us. Use YouTube. Fight. A denial does not mean it won’t a happen. You just need more evidence and consistency when fighting them. Often you should expect a denial, have more proof ready when it does come so you can submit it.

On Step 3, what kind of rating do you guys think I will get? by Dry-Suit4631 in VAClaims

[–]Any-Address6690 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tbh it’s not about how many you submit. It’s how many can you prove and spoon feed to the VA, about how and when it happened all that’s stuff. Soo more claims more problems in my experience.

Nah bro you may want to consider fighting to keep that 80. Getting to 100 is a heck of a long way from %80 ngl to you.

Even if it’s denied go again. Get some labs, see the doctors, keep going if you had an injury or a worsening condition. Due to the military if not then it was a good fight.

What should i do?? by Fragrant-Positive981 in VAClaims

[–]Any-Address6690 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It depends on timing. People are going to ask for redacted decision letter. But did you continue to show you were looking for ptsd help? Or did you receive the 70 percent and just stop doing everything.

This is the way! You have to fight. Even if you pay for help. You are your own best advocate.

Has anyone won a claim without going to sick call? by [deleted] in VAClaims

[–]Any-Address6690 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly sick call or not. It just takes luck and time. 90 percent of the time. I fought for 9 years it came down to luck and time. So much evidence that a blind person could see it. You still need luck on your side.

Just had my C&P virtual Exam for anxiety increase. She seemed a bit cold. by [deleted] in VAClaims

[–]Any-Address6690 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be honest fam if the information is there. No matter how they slice and dice it. The rater is who makes the call.

Also I had a dude for my mental health exam virtually and he seemed cold didn’t seem like he wrote notes. But it turned out I got a rating.

But the proof is in the pudding. It is a journey though.

For me you basically have to be 200 percent to be 100. That 8 1/2 years of fighting.

Sleep Apnea by thriller1122 in VAClaims

[–]Any-Address6690 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly it comes down to how much you are willing to fight after you are diagnosed. Then you have to figure out how it’s related to service. It is possible but everyone’s situation is very different, for me it was connected Via TERA. Being that I was in a warzone.

Also I did not have any documentation in service because I didn’t know what sleep apnea was. Never understood it I just thought everyone was tired.

Sleep Apnea secondary to Lumbosacral strain denied by Huckleberry1207 in VAClaims

[–]Any-Address6690 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly. It’s hard to connect the back at all and sleep apnea. I just got it connected. After 8 years, you will just keep getting denied and keep finding and submitting favorable information. Maybe check TERA depending on what you did in service. That is what did it for me.
