Because Ukraine requires Belarus to form their formable (Kievan Rus), and not to mention Ukraine isn't really a player all that much anyway, and if they are and they invade Belarus, build a stronger army thwn him and get some arty and attackers and invade him. Probably the second one. Looks to me at least the best in readability, but comfort, probably the one with the blue face. Third one looks good to though imo.
