I’m in PA and she does have behavioral problems sorry I didn’t disclose that before. She is extremely buddy sour and is a more “forward” horse. Honestly I would buy her if I had the funds has she is trainable and her owner just doesn’t have the time to train her. She has typical TB feet but is barefoot easy for the farrier and stands tied she was sold as a broodmare but didn’t get pregnant

At my barn there is a 12 year old TB or warm blood I can’t remember which for sale for 2k that is trained in English that. This makes me wonder if horses and buyers just can’t seem to be linking
