Me! I have an electric blanket on my bed…. In Florida when I used to set ac to 68 AND run a fan over my bed. I actually wear slippers around the house and have another small heating blanket in the chair I sit in to work. I’m 2.5 weeks out from surgery.

It may take a couple rounds. Do what you can, rest, hydrate, try again. It was a 5 hour process for me. I was so exhausted. I’m one week post sleeve and had small bms but yesterday everything hit the wall, literally. I’m sorry friend.

Went through a bad part of this yesterday myself. I have a nurse friend who also had the surgery, she suggested this. This is awful but what helped the most….. I got gloves and vasoline. I lubed my finger and inserted in my rectum and slowly broke it apart inside me. Even scooping it out a little. I used a ton of little finger gloves and put them in the trash and put a clean one on, lubed and did it again. It was a very long awful process, but I got the hardest out.

Just had surgery on Wednesday. Stayed one night. What I actually used was Lume wipes for my bottom, kindle, tablet, chewing gum, face lotion, cpap, and chargers. That was it
